PayLease provides utility, billing, and payment solutions to property management companies. I coordinated with the marketing team to create promotional materials for both web and print.

As part of a larger rebranding effort, I created templates to be used for several marketing materials including product overviews and case studies. The existing documents had been created over a long period of time and didn’t share a consistent design approach. The revamped materials helped accomplish a few things:

• Initiate the addition of new case studies
• Save time by implementing templates as part of a standardized workflow
• Create a consistent brand experience

I also led the creative direction for several white papers used as the cornerstone of email and social marketing campaigns. I was responsible for the creative direction and layout design of each eBook.

To promote the eBooks on social media, I also created a series of ads.
